A Digital Platform for Simcoe Village’s Next Chapter
Simcoe Village is an ambitious redevelopment by the County of Simcoe, transforming the historic Simcoe Manor and Village in Beeton into a modern, 530,000-square-foot campus offering a full continuum of housing and care for seniors. The project builds on the success of Georgian Village in Penetanguishene, creating a vibrant community hub with long-term care, supportive and affordable housing, wellness amenities, and shared spaces designed to foster dignity, connection, and healthy aging.
Interkom partnered with the County to design and develop the new Simcoe Village website—an engaging platform that introduces the project vision and supports the Aging in Harmony fundraising campaign. The site showcases the campus plan, donation opportunities, and campaign milestones, helping build awareness and inspire community support for this transformative initiative.
