Rebuilding and Launching a Lost Squarespace Site
The Crisis Workers Society of Ontario (CWSO) is a provincial network dedicated to empowering and connecting professionals who provide crisis intervention and support across Ontario. Founded in 1984, CWSO serves as both a community and a voice for crisis workers — offering education, advocacy, and resources that strengthen the visibility and impact of the profession. Through annual conferences, training workshops, and partnerships with mental health agencies, CWSO continues to enhance the standards and recognition of crisis work across the province.
The Problem
CWSO’s original developer disappeared, leaving behind a finished but inaccessible Squarespace site.
The Solution
Interkom stepped in to rebuild the entire site from scratch within Squarespace, restoring backend access and preparing it for launch… all within a week.

Once launched, CWSO finally had a reliable and easy-to-manage website that properly represents their mission — connecting, supporting, and empowering crisis workers across Ontario. The new site gives their members a central hub for resources, training, and events, and a professional presence that reflects the importance of their work in mental health and crisis intervention.
