The Melanoma Network of Canada (MNC) was founded in 2009 by Annette Cyr, a patient and three-time survivor of melanoma, in conjunction with support and assistance from Jo Anne Adams, a patient survivor, and Terra Deeth, caregiver to a husband with melanoma. The network was founded to respond to the need for patients in Canada to have a nationally-based organization to coordinate educational and prevention efforts, provide a strong voice for advocacy, and assist in efforts to target funding for melanoma research.
Interkom has proudly partnered with the Melanoma Network of Canada to produce content and designs for projects such as the Photosensitivity and Sun Safety for Your Skin During Treatment with Targeted Therapy (English and French) Resource Guide, Managing Lymphedema for the Melanoma Patient Guide, A Guide to Uveal Melanoma and the Melanoma: What you need to know (English and French) booklet.
